With this starter kit, getting started improving energy efficiency and automating the control of your radiators is incredible simple. With this kit you receive two of our smart radiator thermostats, our smart window/door magnetic contact, and our smart home box, the premium smart home hub. The smart radiator thermostat is an electronic thermostatic head that controls a radiator valve and regulates the room temperature. The radiator thermostatic has a boost function, frost detection, valve protection, and a child lock. Frost detection prevents the room from cooling below four degrees, an automatic valve shift protects against valve scaling, and there is a boost function for momentary room heating. The illuminated display can be rotated 180°. The radiator thermostats are integrated into the HOMEPILOT smart home via the premium smart home hub and can therefore also be controlled via the HOMEPILOT application. This means you can control your radiators remotely at any time, via the HomePilot application. Manual operation is still possible using the buttons on the unit. The setting range is between 4 and 28°C. The door/window magnetic contact also supplied is a battery-operated radio sensor with magnetic field technology for monitoring the opening status of windows and doors. Thanks to its extra-narrow design, it is unique within the smart home sector The sensor can thus be installed discreetly in the window frame and is visible from neither the inside nor the outside. Thanks to its two operating modes, the device can be used on both windows and doors. In combination with our smart radiator thermostat, the door and window magnetic contact can, for example, inform the HOMEPILOT smart home system that a window has been opened and turn down the heating accordingly. If the window is closed, the radiators will switch on again to raise the temperature. The premium smart home hub controls up to 100 HOMEPILOT smart devices. With the HOMEPILOT application, it is very easy to configure your smart devices via your smartphone or tablet.
